Then click on Apply Now button.
After that click on Register Button.
Then fill the registration details then you will get an registration number and password. Note down this and again go back the registration page this time click on login.
Now fill your registration number and password.
After that complete your application form by filling your name, address, date of birth, age, gender, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number and some other details
Then upload the documents like your mark sheet, your latest colored passport size photograph, your  signature.
Now make the payment (if applicable).
Recheck the details which you had filled and finally click on submit button.
Download it and take the print out of that Indian Navy Form and keep it safely for future use that's all.
